Patient has six kids, last one was born a year ago, no plans for more kids. Complains of stretched skin on belly and breasts. She works out every day and wasn’t sure if she needed lipo on her flanks. 5'7' 140. She elected for bilateral mastopexy with augmentation with Mentor Smooth Round HPXtra gel implants, 380cc. with GalaSHAPE 3D scaffold and abdominoplasty.
