45 y/o mother with generalized lipodystrophy and breast ptosis, who discovered a hernia and decided to take the opportunity to finally do something for herself to feel more "fabulous." Pt. underwent abdominoplasty, liposuction of flanks, bra roll, chin, and had a mastopexy with augmentation using 400 cc HP gel implants.
