53 year old female, 5'5" 167lbs, previously C cup, and wanted a more rounded and perky appearance for breasts. Patient had lost approximately 100 lbs prior to surgery. Patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Round High Profile Boost 585 cc implants and bilateral breast lift utilizing GalaFLEX for extra support.
